No walkthroughs, just wander around Halifax like a native!

For this solo trip to Halifax, I took a plane from Waterloo to Halifax. When I arrived at Haifa Airport, I took the airport bus 320 to dt. Use the HFXGO transit passes app in advance to buy a $4.25 ticket, get on the bus, activate that ticket and scan the qr code.

After arriving in downtown, I went directly to the place where I picked up my car. This time, I rented a shared car at Communauto, because it does not charge for young drivers or full driver's license, which is more convenient. I walk through many places of downtown attractions, and I don't know if it is because of the relationship between Sunday and Sunday. The whole street is empty.

The order of the locations after that is based on the timeline I went to.

📍Stardust motel

The hotel I stayed at this time was a motel located in Timberlea on the left of Halifax. It was not the peak season. One hundred nights, although the motel looked bad outside, it was unexpectedly clean inside. All the bath supplies were packaged independently.

📍Bicycle thief

This restaurant is Hafa's Internet celebrity restaurant, I went at 9:30 p.m., ordered a mussels and lobster spaghetti, I think they are quite cost-effective, such a large pot of green mouth 14 bucks. The quality of the food was very good, and I was full after eating the mussels, but the restaurant was so dark that I had to use a flashlight to know what color the food was, so it was very tiring to eat the eyes.

It takes about an hour to get to Lunenburg from peggy, and most of the time it's on the highway, so it's quite comfortable.

📍St. John’s Anglican Church

This church has been in 1753, the church is open to the outside, I also have a turn in the inside, so beautiful, worth visiting! There's a visitor book in it where you can write your name and where you're from, have friends who drive, can park near the church and walk down the waterfront.

📍Lunenburg Town
People usually come to Lunenburg to see the colorful small houses, but unfortunately there are often a lot of cars parked outside, so you can still photograph the car. The door on the wall says that Lunenburg is outside a bookstore, called Lunenburg Bound, which is also more famous for the three small houses with green and orange powder, and then it passes a BMO that has been in existence since 1817, which is very distinctive, although I don't know whether it is still in operation. I felt that all the small houses in the town were beautiful, and many shops were not open that Tuesday, so I mainly just looked outside.

📍Lunenburg Waterfront
In this city, it is also necessary to walk their waterfront, there are many sailboats moored there, the front of 10cent is also designed according to the scenery here, and then there are some beach chairs for you to sit and enjoy while resting, there is also a place to get on the carriage, with a circle around the city, but I did not sit.

📍Public Garden
It was just a beautiful garden, and it was tulip season, so the whole garden was filled with tulips of different colors, and you could walk around and punch a card.

📍Halifax Waterfront Harbour
In fact, I also went the first day, but it was too heavy rain, so I didn't go. When the weather is fine today, I will go for a walk, breathing the salty taste of the Atlantic Ocean and feeling the wind brought by the waves. It is very comfortable. Come to Hafa must come, there you can also see the opposite island Georges island, although I did not go to the island boat, but I see now every Sunday 145:56 there is a boat to go there, the entrance fee is $23.69.

📍 Dalhousie University
Before I heard an old colleague said that this university's master of physical therapy is very famous, so I have always wanted to visit it. But I want to say that the university is really beautiful. Waterloo is simply not more beautiful than I think, and how much better than other people's chem building is like a castle There are different teaching buildings

📍 @Wang Tadpole
For dinner, I cooked 5 dishes of lobster, including steamed shrimp with garlic, fried shrimp body with ginger and scallion, lobster sashimi, lobster congee and shrimp wonton. All of them tasted very good, especially Sashimi gave me a lot of surprises! It's super delicious, but it would be even better if it came with mustard Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! That paw is so big, each mouth is meat, cool, the processing fee is $100 people will be more cost-effective.

The last day was mainly to Dartmouth

For those without a car, a boat can be taken from the Halifax Waterfront 📍Fishman's Cove
I went too early, and when I went, it was in May, and a lot of stores weren't open on Wednesdays, but I think it's like every day now, but it doesn't matter, it's worth it to walk the trail, see the beautiful houses, and feel the smell of the sea.

📍Tony’s Famous Donair
I heard from my other friends that it was Haffa who made donair. When you come to Hafa, you must eat. I'd seen it on Google Maps and it was famous so I went. In fact, donair is a pancake with a lot of meat and donair's soul sauce, but I don't know whether it's a matter of character or quality. That cake is hard. You need to pull hard with your hands to tear it open. That sauce is on the sweet side. So the whole thing was hilarious, but I thought it was okay to try it.

📍 White Alley
Ordered a cup of coconut jelly milk tea, at that time I do not know what nerves, think it is coconut milk tea, but it is actually coconut milk tea, I believe it is wrong, but I have to say, this cup of milk tea is the most difficult milk tea I have ever drunk in Canada, first rule out that strange match, The milk tea base itself is also difficult to drink, completely not recommended.

Finally, I took the bus 320 back to the airport in dt. Well, my 4-day Halifax solo trip is over. I hope the Halifax posts I sent in the past can help you who are going to Halfa!
