When I was young, I always admired Charlie and his Chocolate Factory. Now, in Dachang Town, Baoshan District, Shanghai, the "Chocolate Dream Factory" created by local brand Baionuo may come true. We have our own chocolate factory!

The last stop is the European town, where you can start patting, by the way, there are chocolate shops to buy.

1️⃣ Cacao Jungle. Through the ticket gate is, there are different scenes such as wind and rain, and the atmosphere is full. Here you will learn about the cocoa bean, the flower, the pod, the different varieties of cocoa fruit, and the process of picking and digging. There are a lot of interesting little details, children pull a pull, a twist, you can get a lot of little knowledge.



2️⃣ A look back at history. The development of the cacao bean from fruit to chocolate is shown in a snippet animation. In particular, people accidentally found that cocoa beans after fire roasting exuded a special aroma, so that cocoa bean cultivation was introduced by various countries, and eventually was brought into China by foreign envoys during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. For example, what does a cacao tree really look like? The average person may only see the chocolate that has been processed and become a product form, but they do not know the size of the cocoa tree, the cocoa fruit, and the planting environment. In order to give the audience an intuitive feeling, the growing environment of the cacao tree was simulated in the museum, and the cacao tree with red cacao fruit was produced one by one. The shape of the cacao flower was also explained through the screen.


3️⃣ There is no problem with the industrial atmosphere here. People may stay in the exhibition hall for the longest time. The huge complex machinery and equipment in front of them and the vast and complicated pipelines visible above them make people feel like being in "Charlie's Chocolate Factory". All are real old machines used in factories, and most of them are imported from abroad. Now looking at these devices, they still have a lot of texture. The most valuable thing is that you can see all the machines in the chocolate production process, such as baking, grinding, making ingredients, mixing and packaging. The most impressive is the gold coin chocolate pressing machine, after I finished, they saw the same model in the store, and they clamored to buy home.
From bean stir-frying machine, stone mill, mixing tank, five-roll machine to vacuum drying box, sugar pot, polishing pot, chocolate coating machine, lollipop forming machine, candy cutting machine, people can see the "real body" of the machine required for various production processes, and understand the meaning of the process and the principle of machine operation by reading the instructions.

According to the staff, most of these machines are imported equipment, produced from Germany, Japan, the United States and other countries, and they are "veterans" who have served in the Baionuo factory. With the upgrading and transformation of the factory, these equipment have also been eliminated, and now bear the function of popular science as exhibits.



4️⃣ The town of Baino. The scene is arranged with special attention, it looks very delicate, and it is beautiful to take a shot at any time. Stations, window displays, flower shops, there are so many places to take pictures. Before entering the nostalgic photo punch block, people can also enjoy the brand's iconic product packaging through the showcase. After a circle back to the first floor hall, is the children's paradise - chocolate boutique. The shelves are filled with chocolates, candy products, and limited versions of Disneyland.
