National Gallery of Modern Art, Mrs. Great value!

I went to Korea to see the exhibition seriously! Usually also like to see the exhibition, Korea can only see one, really recommend to come here! The venue is very large, and I went to see 7 exhibitions in January. The layout, content quality, images and service are excellent!

At the National Museum of Modern Art in Seoul, there are two galleries that you have to pay for and one that is free. I've seen all of them.
I came on Sunday morning. There wasn't much traffic. If you want to watch it quietly, it is best to come in the morning.


When I was ready to leave after 12 o 'clock, the line to get in started to get very long. Personally, I think that 2/F pavilion does not need to pay for admission, the pavilion is very small, and I do not understand Korean. There was only one other person watching in the whole pavilion. Other pavilions more people, we should pay attention to oh.

«PROJECT HASHTAG» 2/F (Paid 2000won)
The National Museum of Modern Art selected two teams, Rice Brewing Sisters Club and lab B, to discover creators who have led the visual arts in Korea. Their works recount the social phenomena and controversies of our time through the inseparable bond between humans, nature and (science) technology.


MMCA Collection Special Exhibition 1/F (Free)
Back to the Future: Contemporary Adventures in Korean Modern Art
It is an exhibition that presents the collections of the National Museum of Modern Art of Korea to the public. This exhibition examines the works collected by the museum over the past five years to identify the features that deserve attention and focus on them.

Korea Artist Prize 2023 B1/F (Paid 2000won)
The Writer of the Year Award, which has been held since 2012, is an important annual exhibition of the National Museum of Modern Art.
This year's Writers Prize is expected to serve as an opportunity for the public who visit art museums to have a more active exposure to contemporary art, as it will be a place where Korean contemporary art and international art circles meet, rather than a mere award system.


There are many images in the exhibition hall, and the production is very good! There are independent Spaces, open seats, and even lazy sofas, and some videos are filmed, which is more sensitive to the respect/content of performance artists.

The most memorable exhibition is Jin Qiulin's dark exhibition hall. I was also asked by the staff if it was a teenager, which should be 🔞. The content will be relatively explicit and the visual impact is really strong, which requires strong psychological quality.

See more content that can be discussed, more diverse culture, exquisite artistic creation, the overall experience is worth it! Will go again next time!

The QR code needs to be scanned before each exhibition entrance and there are staff at the door.
The exhibition is basically bilingual in Korean and English, and a small number of robots can choose to explain in Chinese. If you want to understand it, you do need to know a little language, but I think it's OK to just watch it.
