The classroom is very clean but a little crowded, the ingredients and tools needed are prepared in advance, taught by Korean teachers so they speak Korean (it is not clear whether other languages are available), and don't worry if you don't know Korean, because the teacher teaches very carefully and you can watch the teacher's steps on the screen in real time. There will be a simple interactive question and answer before making kimchi, and then you can follow the teacher step by step to make kimchi!

Ingredients: Shallot + onion + radish block + paprika + sauce
Tools: Measuring spoon + cutting board + knife + gloves + plastic basin + fresh-keeping box
